About the Role

This platform functions as a comprehensive management solution for early childhood education, supporting preschools, camps, home-based caregivers, and multisite providers. Through a mobile-centric SaaS interface, the service assists educators, administrators, and families with tasks ranging from attendance tracking and billing to enrollment, payroll, and curriculum assessment. As a GTM Intelligence Specialist, you will enhance the organization's data architecture by connecting complex account and contact relationships. You will reconcile fragmented information into reliable datasets to provide a precise perspective on the customer base. Your work requires advanced analytical techniques to verify data integrity and categorize center statuses, which informs strategic business choices. You will operate in a remote, distributed capacity while partnering with product and operations teams to convert analytical insights into effective workflows.

Requirements

• You need extensive experience with go-to-market data, including account and contact records, lifecycle phases, territory management, and lead lists.
• You must be well-versed in business metrics such as churn, closed lost status, and cold leads, and demonstrate technical expertise in SQL to query and join information from diverse sources.
• You must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, particularly with array formulas, lookups, scripts, and pivot tables.
• You should be skilled in sanitizing and reconciling disorganized data across multiple platforms and be able to articulate intricate matching logic.
• You are required to understand the Salesforce data architecture.
• You need experience using artificial intelligence to enrich or classify records, along with methods to ensure data validity.
• You must be able to document scalable processes, evaluate aggregated data to find root causes, and work from the Philippines during Eastern Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• You will connect contact and account data within the internal database and Salesforce platform.
• You will track linked entries to recognize duplicate center profiles and merge them into accurate, singular records.
• You will categorize centers by status—such as churned, active, cold leads, or closed lost—while determining product usage and ownership for every entity.
• You will verify center profiles and attribute specific confidence scores to the information.
• You will leverage SQL, Google Sheets, and artificial intelligence tools to handle large data volumes, applying manual oversight to automated results.
• You will keep records of decision-making logic, edge cases, and patterns to establish a reproducible team framework.
• You will detect the underlying origins of data quality defects and report these observations to product and operations colleagues.
