Head of Human Resources

About the Role

We are searching for a strategic, operations-focused Head of Human Resources to spearhead our people functions during a phase of rapid expansion. As an organization specialized in AI-powered performance marketing and data-optimized video production, we need an HR expert to transform our current processes into a highly structured, scalable department. You will serve as a key player in our growth by diagnosing operational shortcomings and introducing standardized protocols across every stage of the employee journey. You will function where strategy meets execution, collaborating with the executive team to define our organizational trajectory. This involves crafting performance appraisal systems, aligning talent strategy with commercial objectives, and promoting a workplace culture built on innovation, accountability, and development. By building infrastructure and data-reporting capabilities, you will ensure our HR initiatives effectively bolster our high-volume creative output and maintain a high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of increasing responsibility within HR, with at least three years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in high-growth environments, BPO, professional services, or shared services is highly preferred.
• Strong competency in talent acquisition, organizational development, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Practical experience in creating and deploying performance management structures and KPI frameworks.
• Proficiency in utilizing HRIS, applicant tracking software, and tools for workflow automation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and department heads, managing organizational change while balancing company expansion with employee advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess current HR operations to pinpoint areas for improved consistency and scalability.
• Design and execute comprehensive policies, standardized processes, and HR systems to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Create organizational performance frameworks, define KPIs, and implement feedback loops that align individual performance with company-wide goals.
• Manage the recruitment function, including the oversight of the hiring team, talent pipelines, and employer branding efforts to satisfy personnel demands.
• Direct initiatives for retention, engagement, and professional development by evaluating turnover metrics and applying data-driven strategies.
• Mentor managers on leadership techniques and conflict resolution.
• Deliver regular, data-rich reports to executive leadership using HR analytics dashboards.
