- Determine the source of issues and execute solutions such as refunds, account credits, product replacements, or new prints.
- Collaborate daily with the Art, Shipping, Sales, and Production departments.
- Record all claim details, interactions, and final results with accuracy while adhering to established protocols.
- Contribute to process enhancement and trend analysis by highlighting recurring issues to the Claims Manager to improve vendor reliability and quality control.
