You will serve as an HR Coordinator and Personal Assistant, serving as an essential link between executive administrative requirements and human resources functions within this fast-moving setting. Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, such as handling staff paperwork, assisting with recruitment stages, and organizing the transitions for new hires and exiting employees. You will collaborate with colleagues to provide premium service to clients, serving as a primary contact for HR data and record-keeping while also offering administrative assistance to leadership. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in a rapid environment and appreciates balancing operational administrative duties with strategic human resources projects.

Requirements

• You should possess a background as a Group HR Advisor in an international firm, specifically with experience managing HR workflows for remote teams.
• You must hold or be actively pursuing a CIPD Associate Membership.
• You are required to demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on PowerPoint and Excel, and maintain an organized, data-driven methodology.
• You need excellent professional verbal and written English skills, alongside the ability to foster strong connections with a variety of stakeholders.
• You must be capable of working efficiently under pressure in a high-speed environment and providing precise reporting to upper management.

Responsibilities

• You will organize and keep employee files current, perform document audits, and refresh internal systems.
• You will be responsible for creating and revising staff manuals, generating labor agreements, and supervising the recruitment process for roles up to the Junior Management level.
• You will direct the orientation and induction programs for incoming staff while organizing the procedures for departing employees.
• You will contribute to payroll functions by monitoring work hours and time-off requests, conducting right-to-work and background screenings, and producing performance review materials.
• You will handle administrative assistant tasks, such as organizing business travel, overseeing expenses, processing invoices, managing web and social media content, and aiding the sales team by developing price quotes and proposals.
