- Draft employee health check documentation via AI and automated systems while tracking expiration dates and renewals.
- Administer performance and development appraisals by monitoring status and chasing incomplete tasks.
- Keep personnel files current in the HRIS, draft job agreements, and manage policy enforcement to guarantee regulatory compliance.
- Work in tandem with the People and Culture group to spot tech-driven efficiency gains.
- Follow all established data security protocols and requirements.
