HR Manager

About the Role

A senior-level Human Resources Manager position is available in the Philippines. This role focuses on collaborating with leadership to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire staff journey, covering talent acquisition, professional growth, and performance oversight. You will serve as an integral part of the regional People department, translating global HR strategies into localized practices while maintaining policy adherence. Your mandate includes cultivating a constructive workplace atmosphere through engagement activities and the handling of delicate personnel issues. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partnering, you must possess a strategic mindset capable of maintaining operational standards while delivering empathetic support and upholding local employment regulations and corporate culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in HR roles, ideally within the technology sector or a multinational firm.
• Deep knowledge of local Philippine labor regulations and employment standards.
• Extensive background in payroll processing, specifically regarding the creation and verification of payroll data.
• Proven capability to operate effectively within a matrixed structure involving regional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously with a self-starting attitude, sound judgment, and a focus on process optimization.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines, as no sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to offer strategic guidance regarding employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and total rewards.
• Manage confidential personnel situations, encompassing conflict mediation, ethics-related inquiries, and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate HR workflows such as new hire onboarding, staff transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Prepare necessary payroll data in conjunction with the HR Operations department.
• Support the implementation of organizational transitions and maintain strict adherence to internal policies and statutory labor regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine HR service delivery.
• Organize and execute local recognition programs, wellbeing initiatives, and corporate social responsibility projects while ensuring alignment with global standards.
