About the Role

This organization is an acclaimed producer of cubicle curtains, hardware, and interior design products for medical and commercial sectors. Operating out of South Florida, the firm delivers complete, end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. In this Human Resources Generalist capacity, you will oversee essential daily HR tasks across the total employee tenure. Your efforts will focus on nurturing a constructive work environment and maintaining high organizational efficiency. This is a permanent, remote position located in the Philippines, providing a chance to collaborate with a seasoned team while supporting expansion in a durable, stable market. You will drive key projects, refine internal workflows, and progress professionally in a setting that prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and performance.

Requirements

• You must be highly proficient in English, in both spoken and written formats, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline is preferred.
• You should have a minimum of three years of professional HR experience, preferably within BPO, shared service, or US-based corporate settings, with a focus on operations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• You must be well-versed in general HR protocols, compliance, and labor law.
• You are required to possess strong analytical and project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively juggle various priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• You must maintain a remote workstation featuring a computer with an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, at least 4 GB of RAM, and Windows 10 or Mac OSX.
• You need a stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS with a backup, a USB-based noise-canceling headset, and a 3-megapixel camera capable of 720p resolution.

Responsibilities

• You will handle the full-cycle recruitment process and guide new staff through their initial onboarding.
• You will oversee the administration of organizational policies, benefit programs, and regulatory compliance to ensure they meet both company guidelines and local legislation.
• You will govern the complete employee journey, managing tasks such as performance reviews, internal transitions, promotions, and separation procedures.
• You will provide guidance to staff and leadership regarding labor relations, personnel conflicts, and general HR queries while spearheading efforts to boost engagement, morale, and retention.
• You will be tasked with recording accurate HR data and generating analytics to support leadership strategy, as well as facilitating professional development, performance assessments, and the creation of standard operating procedure documentation.
