Implementation & Customer Success Specialist – AI Agents

About the Role

We are seeking an Implementation and Customer Success Specialist to support our AI Agent product line. In this capacity, you will manage the complete client journey, overseeing everything from contract signing to successful platform adoption, long-term retention, and account growth. As the main contact for our clients, you will facilitate the onboarding process to ensure our AI tools align with their specific operational requirements. Your efforts will focus on boosting client productivity, assisting users with platform navigation, and helping them gain the most value from our services. This role suits individuals who excel in quick-moving settings and wish to contribute directly to our product suite's expansion. Requirements

• You should have a history of working in client-facing roles with a proven ability to take ownership and resolve conflicts, alongside strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• A high level of technical skill and ease in setting up software environments are necessary.
• You must be prepared to work during US business hours and show a capacity to pick up new technologies at a rapid pace.
• Prior experience in customer success, SaaS implementation, or startup operations is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Experience with no-code platforms, workflow automation, APIs, webhooks, and VoIP or telephony systems is preferred.
• Backgrounds in RCM, EHR, or healthcare environments, as well as prior use of AI tools, are considered significant advantages.

Responsibilities

• You will independently set up AI agents, including the configuration of prompts, workflows, actions, notifications, transfer rules, and integrations.
• Your daily tasks involve identifying and resolving customer issues and technical obstacles, seeking solutions before engaging the engineering team.
• Managing the full implementation cycle is required, including system testing, conducting onboarding sessions, and setting up healthcare or scheduling integrations.
• Acting as a consultant, you will lead client check-ins, address the concerns of dissatisfied or inactive accounts, and record common issues to create standardized internal documentation.
• You will eventually oversee your own client book independently, identifying chances for expansion and recognizing potential churn risks.
