Infrastructure Engineer – Bridge Coordinator

About the Role

This Infrastructure Engineer and Bridge Coordinator position focuses on the careful planning, scheduling, and implementation of client technology deployments. You will serve as the primary contact for organizing server migrations, hardware and software rollouts, and various technical initiatives. Your objective is to ensure that both on-site and remote installations proceed as scheduled while maintaining transparent internal communication to deliver high-quality results for global clients. By streamlining technical service integrations, you will contribute to the ongoing success of sophisticated digital and physical security projects. This role demands a candidate capable of managing high-level coordination alongside hands-on technical delivery to keep projects within established timelines and budgets. You will collaborate with engineers, account management teams, and clients to align resources and manage expectations for complex infrastructure undertakings. Operating within a fast-paced setting, you will support organizations across the education, finance, and healthcare sectors as part of an international team.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in project coordination and corporate IT, with global technical support experience being highly advantageous.
• Solid technical understanding of infrastructure components including AV configurations, wireless networks, cabling, PC imaging, and end-user hardware.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated success in managing vendors and resolving technical issues remotely.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client management capabilities with a detail-oriented focus on multitasking.
• A degree or professional qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is required.
• Experience in IT project management is highly desirable.
• Must maintain a consistent work schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of client installation projects from initial planning through final scheduling.
• Communicate all aspects of projects to relevant parties clearly.
• Assign appropriate technical personnel to tasks while adhering to tight scheduling requirements.
• Deliver consistent status updates to stakeholders, specifically identifying any risks that may impact project budgets or deadlines.
• Manage the service delivery calendar to track engineer site visits.
• Provide clear instructions to clients and record all pertinent information within internal systems.
• Inform all involved parties of any modifications to the schedule in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams.
• Verify that all operations comply with organizational health and safety regulations.
