Requirements

• Minimum of two years working in corporate IT and project coordination, ideally with a background in global technical support.
• In-depth familiarity with infrastructure systems, including wireless setups, A/V equipment, cabling, PC imaging, and end-user hardware.
• Expertise in operating ServiceNow or similar ticketing software is a must.
• A degree or professional qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability in managing vendors, solving problems remotely, and applying project management frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in client communication and interpersonal engagement, paired with a meticulous, proactive methodology for handling multiple concurrent project priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the communication and planning for all aspects of on-site and remote installations.
• Manage project task scheduling and oversee the assignment of technical personnel to hit project deadlines.
• Deliver consistent and transparent progress updates to internal and external partners, with a focus on identifying threats to project budgets or timelines.
• Maintain precise project records within corporate software and update the service calendar with technician activities.
• Notify stakeholders regarding changes to schedules, foster collaborative ties with internal teams, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and provide detailed briefings to technical staff about client specifications.
