Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

In this position, you will oversee and cultivate a portfolio of sales leads, concentrating on food safety products and related software solutions throughout the Asian market. You will facilitate the integration of new customers, partner with internal teams, and run remote sales efforts to promote your product lineup. You will improve client relations by delivering online product showcases, explaining core product benefits, and assessing client needs to provide customized solutions that address both operational and compliance standards. Working in tandem with the Marketing department is essential to sharpen lead generation efforts and collect customer insights that will strengthen marketing initiatives. You will monitor developments and regulatory shifts within the food safety field to ensure your expertise remains current and contributes to the company's regional expansion.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Food Science, or Environmental Health.
• Have at least two years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within the food safety and compliance sector.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of food safety regulatory standards.
• Maintain proficiency in CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Prior exposure to HACCP protocols is considered a plus.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication, the ability to motivate others, and flexibility within a changing workspace.
• Display sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to manage client relationships and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee a steady stream of sales prospects within the Asian region.
• Support the client onboarding process and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful account setup.
• Execute remote marketing and sales programs to convert leads into active business opportunities.
• Perform digital product presentations and articulate the value of available offerings.
• Customize product packages to align with specific client operational and regulatory demands.
• Document all activities accurately within CRM platforms and meet established sales quotas.
• Collect and share customer feedback to inform future product and marketing direction.
• Monitor industry changes, represent the firm professionally, and perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
