Instructional Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a committed Instructional Designer to help produce superior educational experiences. Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of professional background in corporate training, digital learning, or instructional design.
• Demonstrate practical ability in developing modules via Articulate Rise and Storyline, supported by a strong understanding of adult learning theories and design fundamentals.
• Maintain excellent written and editorial skills to convert complicated data into stimulating educational material.
• Show strong organizational abilities, the capacity to oversee various concurrent projects, and the agility to move between high-level strategy and technical production.
• Be comfortable coordinating with cross-functional groups and subject matter experts, as well as presenting solutions to clients with confidence.
• Maintain proficiency in SCORM, xAPI, learning management systems, and accessibility guidelines, along with a B2 or C1 level of English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed learning goals and structural outlines customized to the needs of each client.
• Draft compelling scripts, storyboards, and interactive modules, using Articulate Rise and Storyline to finalize courseware.
• Work in partnership with account personnel, design staff, and subject matter experts throughout the duration of every project.
• Attend client meetings to showcase your work and articulate the reasoning behind your design choices.
• Manage revisions and incorporate feedback effectively to ensure high-quality output.
• Utilize AI-powered technology to improve the creation and production workflow while ensuring all work meets project objectives.
