Requirements

- Fluent English proficiency and technical aptitude for using CRMs, spreadsheets, call recording platforms, and performance dashboards.
- Availability to adhere to US business hours and the ability to work independently in a small business structure.
- Experience with SMB-focused B2B outbound sales or managing remote teams is preferred.
