Inventory & Integration Manager

About the Role

This central role oversees the entire inventory lifecycle and ensures technical consistency between vital business applications. You will serve as the connector between physical warehouse management and digital storefronts, guaranteeing that pricing, product availability, and fulfillment processes operate efficiently. Positioned within the core of supply chain functions, you will maintain data precision and refine logistics for diverse customer groups. Managing the connectivity between Shopify and Unleashed is a primary focus, requiring you to ensure precise synchronization of stock counts and sales orders. You should be adept at structured problem-solving and documentation, turning intricate data requirements into efficient operational workflows. Furthermore, you will provide the team with consistent inventory analytics, oversee lead times, and ensure marketing activities reflect current stock levels.

Requirements

• You must have a solid track record in handling full-cycle inventory tasks, such as managing purchase orders, receiving, physical auditing, and dispatching.
• Expertise in Shopify administration is necessary, along with proficiency in inventory management platforms such as Unleashed, Katana, or Cin7.
• You should have professional experience in handling e-commerce logistics, specifically regarding courier tracking and freight coordination.
• A detail-oriented mindset is required to maintain data accuracy and resolve synchronization errors between ERP systems and online stores.
• You must be fully fluent in written English and capable of working effectively in a remote setting.
• It is beneficial to have experience with Xero accounting software, automation tools like Make or Zapier, and prior work in manufacturing or custom-order environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end inventory process, encompassing purchase order creation, stock tracking, and final delivery management.
• Maintain the Shopify and Unleashed integration, performing daily synchronization monitoring to detect and fix discrepancies while ensuring SKU, product, and price alignment.
• Manage logistics by coordinating with shipping partners and couriers to handle deliveries, incoming returns, and transit inquiries.
• Perform routine physical stock audits, research any discrepancies, and execute necessary inventory write-offs or adjustments.
• Utilize analytical software to predict reorder requirements, track custom production statuses, and deliver precise stock data to marketing departments.
• Create and update documentation for integration and fulfillment procedures to ensure clarity, while collaborating with technical support to resolve complex configuration issues.
