Requirements

- Certification as a Salesforce Administrator is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a group of over 150 users.
- Execute account administration, configure phone systems, and oversee the help desk ticketing dashboard.
- Maintain system stability by keeping pending requests, active tickets, and system notifications at zero.
- Address and resolve most support inquiries personally, escalating only complex matters that need additional research.
- Administer user access across tools such as SMS Magic, Salesforce, and Vonage.
- Control the allocation and deactivation of corporate phone numbers and collaborate with carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon to resolve issues related to spam labeling.
- Manage user access within the business messaging application.
- Execute requests for the removal of call recordings while strictly adhering to privacy standards.
- Fix discrepancies in sales or order data flagged by automated systems.
