Requirements
- Earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline.

- Demonstrate a firm grasp of fundamental accounting concepts and the closing cycle for months and quarters.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with accounting platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
- Maintain high levels of precision, sharp focus, and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of collaborating with an onshore team and maintaining a work schedule that aligns with Pacific Standard Time to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable duties, such as validating invoices, assigning codes, and scheduling payments.
- Contribute to the completion of monthly and quarterly financial closes and help generate journal entries that follow organizational guidelines.
- Develop schedules for month-end and quarter-end cycles, performing reconciliations for prepaids, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Support the Senior Accountant with various specialized analyses and duties while ensuring financial archives remain orderly and fully documented for audit purposes.
