Requirements

- Maintain professional fluency in English and adhere to a work schedule based on Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and payment processors while tracking and fixing any variances.
- Manage unapplied customer funds and collaborate with the Collections department to ensure correct application.
- Prepare and submit Canadian sales tax filings and oversee relevant payables.
- Execute reclassifications for sales and withholding taxes while ensuring records in Salesforce remain accurate.
- Support external audit activities by gathering required evidence and documentation.
- Recognize and execute process improvements to boost the overall productivity of the Finance team.
