Lead Product Manager, Digital Assets

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager for Digital Assets to foster security and innovation within the Web3 sector. In this position, you will bridge the gap between product planning and customer interaction, acting as the primary advocate for user needs. Your focus will be on establishing product roadmaps and prioritizing features by combining market analysis, client input, and close coordination with business development, engineering, and leadership teams. You will play a vital role in improving our suite of blockchain integrity and financial crime prevention solutions. Furthermore, you will act as a spokesperson for our organization when engaging with regulators, prospects, and clients. You will lead workshops and discovery meetings, clearly articulating the value and security features of our products. In partnership with solutions experts and internal consultants, you will ensure our offerings adapt to changing regulatory requirements, creating scalable tools that allow institutions to function securely in the digital asset market.

Requirements

• You should have five to eight years of B2B product management experience, preferably in fields such as fintech, regtech, compliance software, or regulated finance.
• You need a strong foundation in blockchain intelligence, transaction monitoring, AML, or risk and surveillance software.
• You must have a demonstrated history of managing the entire product lifecycle from research to launch, using a structured approach to prioritize features based on user feedback.
• You require technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and justify product choices.
• You must possess excellent presentation skills suitable for engaging with high-level risk and regulatory stakeholders.
• You need to be fully fluent in English and prepared for domestic and international travel, including regions like the Middle East, Europe, and the US.
• It is preferred that you have a background in crypto compliance or blockchain intelligence, along with familiarity with global regulations such as MiCA, Travel Rule, or FATF standards.
• Prior experience managing regulatory tenders or working directly with regulators is considered a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• You will conduct discovery sessions with both remote and on-site clients while partnering with solutions consultants to establish research priorities.
• You will establish and oversee a research panel comprised of risk, compliance, and operations experts from regulatory agencies and financial institutions.
• You will convert consultant findings and client discussions into specific, prioritized product features, ensuring all decisions and their underlying logic are documented and presented to management.
• You will act as an organizational representative during product demonstrations, high-stakes tender meetings, and workshops.
• You will engage with consulting and Business Development teams to attend client meetings and gather direct market insights.
• You will manage roadmap planning sessions alongside engineering leads, the CEO, and business stakeholders to keep product development aligned with market demand and user interests.
