Requirements

Responsibilities
- Draft, analyze, and finalize various business contracts, such as SaaS agreements, vendor deals, and service-level documents.
- Provide legal strategy and risk assessment advice to internal stakeholders, including HR guidance on labor law, staffing, and independent contractor arrangements.
- Handle administrative corporate duties, archive legal records, and create standardized templates, policies, and internal operational workflows.
- Stay current on shifting regulatory requirements and assist security and technical departments with Data Processing Agreements and cybersecurity documentation.
- Oversee non-disclosure agreements, monitor intellectual property registrations, and facilitate communication with outside legal experts and business partners.
- Contribute to client due diligence requests and help complete Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.
