Requirements
- Demonstrate robust expertise in tax preparation processes, such as return processing, extension uploads, tax notices, and amendments.
- Possess proficiency in resolving escalations and managing complex concerns related to multi-entity situations, income calculations, partnership returns, and extensions.
- Coordinate successfully with third-party tax preparers regarding filings and follow-up activities.
- Show the capacity to recognize data privacy concerns and restore confidence with dissatisfied clients at risk of churn.
- Collaborate effectively with internal staff, respond to peer questions, and adapt to emerging tools and training.
- Maintain reliable attendance and responsiveness, including the ability to manage higher workloads during busy seasons.
- Be available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in either PST or EST, while following the US holiday calendar.
Responsibilities
