You will perform independent assessments of medical content and clinical vignettes to ensure AI models generate precise and trustworthy health information. As this is a remote freelance engagement, you are free to set your own working hours and complete this significant AI development work from any global location.

Requirements

• You must be a currently practicing physician living outside the U.S.
• You are required to hold an MD or DO qualification and maintain an active, unrestricted medical license from the United States, which will be authenticated during the initial setup and every month following.
• You need to be board-certified or have finished residency, with a preference for those currently providing direct patient care as an attending physician.
• You should possess extensive experience in diagnosing and treating multiple systems, ideally in specialties like hospital, emergency, family, or internal medicine.
• Strong clinical logic, specifically regarding evidence-based standards and differential diagnosis, is required.
• You must demonstrate C1-level proficiency or higher in written English and provide your resume in English.
• This opening is exclusively for licensed physicians and is not open to medical students, non-physician staff, or graduates who are not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• You will function as a Freelance AI Trainer, reviewing clinical electronic health record vignettes alongside their associated queries and suggested responses to verify they are comprehensive and accurate regarding treatment and diagnosis.
• Your tasks include assigning quality scores to options, spotting potential pitfalls, and verifying that logic paths arrive at valid conclusions using only the facts provided in the vignette.
• You will be accountable for revising logical sequences and drafting precise, brief rationales for your evaluations.
• Your workflow will entail taking part in independent blind reviews and participating in peer physician adjudication.
• You are expected to manage your output efficiently to ensure all assignments are finished by their deadlines while adhering to specified acceptance standards.
