Requirements
- Possess one to three years of work experience in freight operations, logistics, transportation coordination, or logistics-related customer service.

- Feel comfortable operating across various digital tools, such as email, customer interfaces, and TMS portals.

- Maintain a stable home office with a primary high-speed internet connection of at least 100/50 Mbps.

Responsibilities
- Track ongoing shipments and refresh expected arrival times in customer portals and the TMS.
- Upload and link proof of delivery records to corresponding shipment files to keep data accurate.
- Identify and address operational challenges occurring during the overnight shift.
- Record all pending matters to ensure the daytime staff receives concise and usable information.
- Keep shipment databases precise and current across several platforms.
- Support service continuity during periods of increasing volume.
- Assist in training incoming team members for weekend shifts when required.
