- You will find and screen local service providers, solicit and discuss pricing for repairs, and coordinate the dispatch of technicians.
- You will oversee the full duration of work orders, which includes monitoring status, auditing billing, and keeping precise records, imagery, and files within the management platform.
- You will provide progress reports to renters and owners, perform quality assurance checks, and spot ongoing maintenance patterns to propose proactive solutions.
