Manager, HR Solutions – Talent & Workday Configuration

About the Role

In this position, you will manage Workday Talent solutions, serving as the product lead for performance management, learning, mentorship, and recognition initiatives. Your work involves developing strategic roadmaps and prioritizing investments to ensure technology remains synchronized with international business goals. By collaborating with HR, Talent, and IT departments, you will convert business needs into scalable technical designs. You will manage the entire solution lifecycle—from analysis and configuration to deployment and support—while utilizing analytics and system updates to improve user experience and drive business results. This role is central to advancing the organization's talent intelligence strategy and ensuring widespread adoption of new HR technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of work experience in HR technology, HRIS, or Workday-focused consulting and implementation.
• Proven proficiency in hands-on Workday Talent configuration, specifically regarding performance, learning, succession, or skills modules.
• Demonstrated ability to translate intricate business needs into functional technical designs, ideally with prior consulting or implementation experience.
• Foundational knowledge of HR governance, Workday reporting, security protocols, integrations, and data privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Capacity to work effectively in a global setting and bridge the gap between technical and business functions.
• Prior experience or high interest in skills-based initiatives, talent intelligence, and AI-driven HR technology is highly advantageous.
• Comprehensive skills in process design, system testing, configuration, and proactive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead product owner for Workday Talent, establishing roadmaps and prioritizing tasks based on global demand.
• Execute the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday features.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable design specifications.
• Manage end-to-end delivery phases including system analysis, deployment, and documentation.
• Work alongside technical teams to oversee security, data reporting, integrations, and compliance with data privacy standards.
• Analyze user input and system data to discover ways to simplify processes and improve adoption.
• Advance the organization's talent intelligence strategy and facilitate the integration of new technological capabilities throughout the enterprise.
