About the Role

This cybersecurity software provider specializes in integrated emergency response and resilience solutions. The organization operates throughout the Asia–Pacific region, supporting enterprise clients, distributors, and managed service providers with services including vulnerability detection, dark web surveillance, and round-the-clock incident management through an IR-1 subscription framework. As the Managing Director for the Philippines, you will function as the primary executive overseeing regional strategy and business expansion. You will take complete charge of local market objectives, drive revenue across all service offerings, and build high-level partnerships with critical stakeholders. Working within a matrix structure, you will direct sales, marketing, and operational functions, ensuring the firm achieves its commercial goals and regulatory mandates. This position allows you to influence the local cybersecurity sector and contribute significantly to the organization's preparation for upcoming investment goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years serving in a senior revenue or general management role involving full P&L oversight within the Philippines.
• Demonstrated success in expanding businesses, developing commercial departments, and surpassing revenue goals in professional services or cybersecurity environments.
• Possess sharp commercial discipline, data analysis skills, and the capacity to maintain executive composure when dealing with boards, regulators, and C-suite leaders during urgent situations.
• Strongly preferred: Background in digital forensics or incident response.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English.
• Must reside in Metro Manila and be prepared to travel as required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating paths to market via OEMs, MSSPs, or channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Philippine market strategy, focusing on territory prioritization and achieving revenue goals.
• Lead high-complexity enterprise sales efforts while mentoring, managing, and holding the local sales force to performance standards.
• Develop and maintain consistent commercial procedures.
• Oversee the full local operational lifecycle, which includes recruiting channel partners, managing joint sales funnels, and building ties with insurance and broker networks.
• Work alongside departmental leadership to guarantee excellent service quality, administrative governance, and adherence to regional laws and regulations.
• Serve as the high-level escalation contact during cybersecurity emergencies and act as a representative for the firm before regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
