As a Marketing Designer, you will play a vital part in the creative department, generating and preserving visual materials that further business goals. This is a permanent, full-time remote position requiring professionalism, strong communication, and a dedication to creating engaging visuals for a wide range of clients.

Requirements

• You must possess a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• You need one to three years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or production settings.
• You must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, or be highly skilled in Canva.
• You are required to be familiar with Notion, Figma, HubSpot, and Riverside.
• You must provide a comprehensive, diverse portfolio of your design work.
• You must have proven experience with responsive web design within the WordPress and Elementor ecosystem.
• You must have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• You must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, U.S. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
• You must demonstrate a firm grasp of design principles for digital marketing, including expertise in video and image editing.

Responsibilities

• You will design and optimize responsive web layouts using WordPress and Elementor.
• You will produce creative visual content for various social media channels.
• You will generate promotional assets including flyers, one-page documents, and case studies.
• You will develop banners and signage for industry events and trade shows.
• You will create high-quality presentation decks for both internal use and client meetings.
• You will handle photo retouching and video production, including motion graphics, audio mixing, and captioning.
• You will build digital advertisements and product mockups.
• You will work alongside cross-functional partners to maintain brand consistency and meet project deadlines.
