Requirements

• Proven history of managing a broad, complicated portfolio of paid media advertisements while taking full responsibility for performance results.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing lifecycle, including the ability to perform data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Expertise in autonomously identifying issues related to campaign tracking and account health.
• Strong ability to refine and test strategies, utilizing hypothesis-driven methods and pattern recognition to elevate outcomes.
• Competence in using AI technology to increase both the volume and quality of output without sacrificing professional judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to influence client stakeholders and internal team members.
• Must reside in the Philippines and exhibit the ability to balance strict adherence to current playbooks with the independence to apply personal judgment when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy, configuration, and refinement for an initial set of roughly 50 campaigns, with plans to increase this volume over time.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with practice owners and internal colleagues to ensure objectives remain synchronized.
• Independently retrieve data, track performance metrics, and anticipate potential issues before they negatively affect results.
• Support team growth by inventing new configuration techniques, executing hypothesis tests, and documenting proven methods into official standard operating procedures.
• Utilize pattern analysis and AI-supported tools to improve advertising efficiency while remaining accountable for results, whether following established protocols or using your own expertise to adjust tactics as required.
