- Track service authorizations and visit thresholds for behavioral health patients to provide advance notice to practices.
- Generate and distribute patient statements.
- Manage inquiries regarding patient billing with a professional approach.
- Record all account activities with high precision.
- Submit weekly updates covering claim submissions, payment postings, and accounts receivable, while maintaining full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
