- Manage the entire prior authorization lifecycle, from confirming insurance criteria and gathering required paperwork from relevant parties to monitoring the status of each request.
- Serve as the main liaison for clinics by explaining insurance coverage and financial obligations to patients.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications via RingCentral and work alongside billing experts and medical personnel to refine administrative processes.
