Medical Billing Supervisor

About the Role

A dedicated Medical Billing Supervisor is needed to improve operational effectiveness for healthcare clients. This role focuses on supporting revenue cycle management through sophisticated analytics and technology to help medical businesses scale while minimizing expenses. You will perform your duties remotely from the Philippines within a professional team setting committed to excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• You must possess professional experience managing Medicare Part A billing and demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive, private data securely.
• You should exhibit sharp attention to detail, precision, and superior time management capabilities.
• You should ideally have experience using Medhost software, although this is not mandatory.
• You must be able to work from home with a stable internet connection and maintain availability for shifting Monday through Friday schedules.

Responsibilities

• You will manage team operations and clarify assigned tasks for all staff members.
• You will track employee output, deliver feedback via performance reviews, and offer continuous mentorship.
• You will act as the primary liaison for client issues, enforce company regulations, and liaise with Human Resources for disciplinary actions.
• You will manage staff calendars, prepare quota reports, supervise the prompt filing of claims, and develop methods to reduce claim denials.
• You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing guidelines specific to carriers, specialties, and states to guarantee compliant and efficient operations.
