Requirements

• You must hold an active nursing credential, such as a USRN, or be a licensed Medical Doctor, Dentist, or Veterinarian.
• You are required to have either a minimum of one year of remote experience in a US clinical setting or two years of professional experience in your native country within your medical discipline.
• You must demonstrate a high proficiency in medical jargon, standard clinical workflows, and HIPAA regulatory standards.
• You need the ability to work effectively across various US time zones.
• You must have a professional workspace with a dependable internet connection of 25 Mbps or higher.
• Your hardware must meet at least these specifications: Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a high-quality noise-canceling headset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake interviews, which include collecting medical histories, recording lists of medications, and documenting any allergies.
• Maintain precise and current patient medical records.
• Review laboratory and imaging reports alongside patients and perform initial assessments for specialist referrals or program eligibility.
• Oversee routine patient outreach, such as follow-up calls after appointments and satisfaction evaluations.
• Carry out chronic condition management outreach, assist with medication schedules, monitor patients remotely, and explain medical instructions in plain, non-technical language.
• Handle medical transcription, write professional messages, and ensure all records adhere to mandatory clinical compliance regulations.
