- Conduct insurance eligibility verification and manage the submission of prior authorization requests.
- Generate billing files and collaborate with external billing teams to settle coding issues or unpaid account balances.
- Oversee medical records requests and support the organization of treatment plan documentation.
- Ensure seamless daily office operations through consistent administrative support.
