About the Role

Responsibilities
- Generate consistent operational and supply chain reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.
- Build and manage KPI scorecards and dashboards within Power BI.
- Conduct recurring data assessments to pinpoint significant trends, potential risks, and areas for growth.
- Prepare performance reporting materials tailored for executive review and manage database standards.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, such as travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, visitor hosting, and calendar management.
- Oversee shared email accounts, handle invoice processing, and provide financial administration support.
- Coordinate freight, courier services, and purchasing requirements.
- Contribute to safety initiatives, business improvement projects, and administrative tasks for the Board and Executive Leadership Team.
