As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for upholding organizational standards by managing either internal hiring processes or client project delivery, with your specific assignment decided after an initial assessment period. This position is suited for independent, proactive individuals who can solve problems and make significant operational decisions autonomously. You will be expected to display high accountability, highlight inefficient processes, and address issues transparently. Requirements

• Reside in the Philippines and maintain a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Demonstrate excellent written English skills.
• Show a stable work history, including at least one full-time role within the past year.
• Provide accurate employment information, as professional background and contracts or payslips may be subject to verification.
• Commit to working on a full-time basis as your only professional employment once hired.
• Participate in a paid trial period consisting of 4 hours of daily work, with 2 of those hours at a set time, and be prepared to transition to full-time employment within 30 days of success.
• Utilize the company's official time-tracking software starting on your first day.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your designated focus area, either recruitment or client execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Manage the entire recruitment pipeline, including searching for talent, screening, scheduling, and tracking applicants if assigned to hiring.
• Plan, brief, and deliver client work to ensure timely completion and the avoidance of project delays if assigned to delivery.
• Consistently evaluate and improve broken workflows by making proactive operational decisions.
• Monitor schedules and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding process or project status.
• Actively resolve issues and complete tasks without waiting for managerial intervention.
