- Demonstrated proficiency in executing S&OP cycles, creating forecasts, and developing replenishment strategies.
- Experience managing 3PLs, distributors, and importers of record.
- In-depth understanding of regional import approvals and product registration, specifically for baby care, cosmetics, or food sectors.
- Advanced competency in data modeling and Excel, supplemented by experience with Power BI and ERP platforms such as SAP.
- A formal degree in business, supply chain management, or a relevant discipline is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly sales and operations planning process and partner with commercial teams and retailers to generate precise forecasts.
- Execute factory orders by factoring in production lead times, minimum order quantities, and product launch schedules.
- Oversee the transportation of goods from manufacturing sites to retailer distribution hubs to mitigate inventory discrepancies.
- Organize shipment sequences and ensure distributors and importers uphold service agreements while providing rapid resolutions to supply chain disruptions.
- Manage product registration tasks, evaluate logistics expenditures, and oversee communications with retail partners regarding purchase orders and delivery timelines.
- Maintain the operations dashboard by tracking core performance metrics like stock rotation, logistics expenses, service levels, and forecast precision.
