Requirements

- You should have a deep functional grasp of these modules alongside technical mastery of Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, OIC, and HDL.
- You are required to be proficient in PL/SQL and SQL, and experienced in HCM SOAP/REST service integration methods.
- You must have a firm understanding of Oracle Cloud security structures, data modeling for HCM, and working knowledge of JSON, XSLT, and XML.
- You should possess excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with VBCS or holding certifications in Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates must reside outside of Pakistan and India to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities
- You will adapt, set up, and refine payroll and time tracking modules to satisfy client specifications.
- You will generate and oversee HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, Fast Formulas, and HDL scripts.
- You will create and supervise sophisticated integrations utilizing the Oracle Integration Cloud along with REST/SOAP APIs.
- You will serve as a liaison between business objectives and technical implementation by working with functional consultants to convert needs into technical requirements.
- You will manage quarterly Oracle Cloud update cycles, covering new feature testing and validation after deployment.
- You will execute technical impact assessments, resolve production errors, investigate root causes, and partake in code evaluations while maintaining adherence to corporate IT policies, data protection, and security mandates.
