You will partner with the founders to develop scalable systems, lead organizational projects, and guarantee that infrastructure supports continued growth. This position is suited for an experienced operator comfortable with ambiguity who is ready to construct and sustain foundational processes for a distributed, remote-first workforce.

Requirements

• You should possess extensive professional experience serving as a People Operations Lead, Business Operations Lead, or Chief of Staff in a fast-growing startup.
• You must demonstrate a history of designing and implementing sustainable performance management systems, review cycles, or onboarding programs.
• You should have experience working within early-stage teams at rapidly expanding, talent-dense organizations or a background in consulting that transitioned into an execution-focused operations role.
• You must show a high level of accountability, the skill to influence others without formal hierarchy, and the capability to convert complicated founder goals into tangible results.
• You should exhibit strong communication and storytelling abilities, maintain high quality standards, work with a low ego, and possess the aptitude to evaluate and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the creation of a company-wide leveling and compensation framework while connecting performance scorecards to biannual review periods.
• You will coordinate these review cycles from start to finish, managing timelines, calibration processes, and subsequent actions.
• You will design a standardized onboarding program, introduce training curricula like Pearl Drivers Ed, and define specific goals for emerging leaders.
• You will direct the firm's operational cadence by moderating all-hands sessions, conducting weekly meetings with department heads, and evaluating recurring meetings to maintain efficiency.
• You will assist the founders with high-impact initiatives, oversee third-party relationships including accounting and legal partners, and document internal procedures to transform projects into consistent, accountable workflows.
