Requirements

• You should possess substantial in-house performance marketing experience, with a track record of managing monthly budgets of $100,000 USD or more while achieving ambitious growth objectives.
• You need at least six years of practical experience working with Google Ads, including comprehensive knowledge of reporting, campaign construction, and various optimization methods, with a preference for Performance Max experience.
• You must be technically skilled in Google Sheets and Excel, with a focus on building dynamic reports, using complex formulas, and creating pivot tables to analyze extensive data sets.
• You are expected to show competency in resolving issues related to attribution and tracking inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary to explain insights to non-technical partners, coupled with a humble, open-minded, and structured approach to your work.
• You must agree to complete thorough background investigations, covering criminal records, political exposure, and financial history.

Responsibilities

• You will perform live campaign modifications to address lagging performance and enhance total output.
• Your routine tasks include performing accurate bid tweaks, sharpening audience segments, and adjusting budgets to boost conversion rates in every operating region.
• You will lead the analysis of onsite results and Google Search campaigns, in addition to creating and experimenting with customized ad copy and visuals.
• An essential part of your work involves discovering and sharing clear growth prospects with the sales and ecommerce groups.
• You are tasked with introducing and refining campaigns in emerging markets while verifying that all attribution and tracking systems work properly for data accuracy.
• You will also engage in technical interviews and help refine existing marketing workflows through thorough strategic forecasting and data evaluation.
