Requirements

- You are proficient in workflow, ERP, or CRM software, such as Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, or Cin7.
- You possess technical abilities including advanced spreadsheet manipulation, workflow creation, schema development, and the testing and configuration of API credentials for WMS, 3PL, and Shopify integrations.
- You have strong verbal and written English communication skills, a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting, and the capacity to coordinate effectively across varying time zones.
- You are a citizen of the Philippines residing in or in close proximity to the Metro Manila region.
Responsibilities
- You will support U.S.-based product managers throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, including initial discovery, system design, development, user acceptance testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- You will evaluate client operational processes, data sets, and challenges to create thorough documentation, configuration guides, and instructional assets.
