Requirements

• You must be highly capable in organization and time management, with the capacity to rank tasks, manage multiple objectives, and meet firm deadlines with precision and careful attention to detail.
• You need to be capable of functioning autonomously while also working well in a group setting, possessing strong technical literacy in document creation, spreadsheet management, digital correspondence, and presentation tools.
• You must be able to rapidly master and utilize new software platforms, perform basic technical troubleshooting, and exhibit professional, results-oriented behavior when handling intricate customer issues.
• You are required to own a dependable computer, a headset with noise-reduction technology, an additional screen, and both primary and secondary internet access.
• You must be available for shifts Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM US Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver high-quality support by managing telephone calls and electronic inquiries to resolve customer queries, issues, and service demands.
• You will handle and authorize client purchases by following defined protocols, which includes liaising with suppliers concerning stock status, costs, and unique buyer specifications.
• A major component of your job entails keeping precise logs of all client and supplier engagements, logging transactions, and generating documentation as required by leadership.
• You will take initiative in investigating and settling client grievances, passing complex matters to supervisors for additional guidance or authorization when required.
• You will track purchase orders for adherence to financial limits, notify stakeholders regarding items that fall outside budgetary constraints, track pending orders to guarantee rapid completion, and uphold rigorous privacy standards for business, supplier, and client data.
