About the Role
We are seeking a proficient Product Engineer to act as an Ivalua specialist for our Source-to-Pay platform. You will serve as a lead consultant regarding architectural standards, best practices, and design, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and tailored to business goals. Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of five years of direct experience implementing Ivalua Source-to-Pay systems.
- Between five and ten years of professional experience in enterprise systems, supply chain, procurement, or ERP.
- Maintain valid Ivalua L3 certifications for P2P, S2C, SRM, and Integration.
- Obtain an Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge or Certification.
- Strong expertise in functional and technical configuration, SQL, ETL, EAI, and APIs.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, paired with strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
- Must reside outside of the Philippines and maintain availability that matches Manila business hours and the relevant client calendar.
Responsibilities
- Set up key Ivalua components such as Sourcing, Supplier Management, Invoicing, Purchase Orders, Contract Management, and Requisitions.
- Develop business rules, integrations, data structures, and workflows while addressing intricate technical and functional problems.
- Confirm that solution designs adhere to performance and maintainability benchmarks.
- Organize release management, assist with deployment preparation, and manage defect resolution for successful implementations.
- Draft thorough functional and technical records, conduct solution presentations for onboarding, and provide guidance to colleagues on Ivalua standards.
