Requirements

• You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a similar discipline, along with one to two years of experience in customer service, order management, or promotional merchandise.
• You need to be proficient in Google and Microsoft software, with a basic knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva being a plus.
• You must demonstrate excellent English verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to handle various projects simultaneously while meeting strict time constraints.
• You are expected to be available for graveyard or overnight shifts that correspond with U.S. or Philippine business hours and demonstrate a readiness to master specific industry processes and tools.
• Previous experience within an e-commerce environment or the promotional products industry is considered highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the entire lifecycle of an order, ranging from entry and item configuration to the generation of sample requests.
• You will serve as a primary coordinator by issuing purchase orders to suppliers, sending out pre-billing invoices, and forwarding artwork proofs and shipping data to customers.
• You will proactively oversee order progression, which includes fixing billing errors, solving entry hurdles, and auditing open order logs to guarantee on-time delivery.
• You will partner with internal sales and ERP departments to resolve technical malfunctions, support post-development system testing, and provide broad sales assistance, such as managing restricted order updates and maintaining precise order records.
