Requirements

• You need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, plus 3 to 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce fulfillment, project management, or program operations.
• You must exhibit excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle various projects and stakeholders at once.
• Competency in order or project management software such as CommonSku is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively with fulfillment partners, warehouses, and suppliers.
• You should possess a high degree of attention to detail, a proactive approach to solving problems, and be available to work during U.S. business hours.
• Prior knowledge of inventory management, purchase orders, or promotional items is regarded as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will take ownership of project timelines, encompassing key milestones, delivery dates, and routine tasks, as well as coordinating the onboarding schedule for fresh initiatives.
• Your routine work entails acting as the main point of contact for logistics and delivery associates, tracking incoming goods, and addressing challenges regarding transport, stock shortages, or inventory inaccuracies.
• You will collaborate with internal colleagues to pinpoint areas for operational enhancement, keep standard operating procedures current, and record new workflows as initiatives progress.
• Additionally, you will conduct monthly and quarterly sessions with clients, document follow-up tasks to guarantee their fulfillment, and support the sales division during the implementation of new programs.
• You will also handle the administration of rental programs, which involves overseeing shipment requests, delivery logistics, and product returns.
