Requirements

• You should demonstrate superior organizational and time-management capabilities, coupled with precise attention to detail.
• You need excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to detect inconsistencies when auditing complex files.
• You must maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to handling multiple concurrent tasks.
• Prior background in order processing, project administration, or purchasing coordination is preferred, while experience with Odoo or similar ERP platforms is a significant benefit.
• You must provide your own computer equipped with at least an Intel i5 CPU, a minimum of 4.00 GB of RAM, and a reliable operating system like Mac OSX or Windows 10.
• You are required to have an internet connection with at least 5.0 Mbps speed, a USB noise-cancelling headset, and a 3-megapixel webcam.

Responsibilities

• You will initiate and configure new project files in Odoo, confirming that all delivery addresses, project details, and client data are correct.
• You will audit approved quotes to ensure they match customer purchase orders, verifying that all specifications, patterns, and measurements are provided.
• You will oversee project schedules by tracking deadlines and delegating tasks to keep projects on track.
• You will support the purchasing cycle by vetting orders for price and item accuracy, catching any inconsistencies between quotes and orders, and collaborating with the purchasing team to secure timely material procurement.
• You will handle routine follow-up correspondence to resolve documentation errors or missing details.
