Requirements

• You should possess an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable discipline.
• You must have a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in project management or a comparable role.
• You need to demonstrate advanced fluency in English, both verbal and written, alongside superior interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• You are expected to be exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while consistently achieving deadlines.
• You must be skilled in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• You should be experienced with Google Workspace and project management software such as Notion.
• You are required to have a solid understanding of professional project management frameworks.
• Previous background with web-based projects is considered an advantageous asset.

Responsibilities

• You will synchronize efforts across interdisciplinary groups to ensure project goals, calendars, and milestones remain on schedule.
• You will conduct meetings with personnel to detect and rectify operational roadblocks.
• You will compile status updates by collecting and evaluating relevant metrics.
• You will devise and implement robust communication strategies for projects.
• You will handle requests for modifications while clearly outlining their effects on fiscal and scheduling parameters.
• You will supervise initiatives related to ERP systems.
• You will organize the creation of instructional documentation and user guides.
• You will secure formal sign-off from clients regarding completed tasks.
• You will monitor client contentment throughout transition periods.
• You will perform after-action assessments to determine which strategies were effective and which areas require improvement.
