Requirements

• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including a strong command of English grammar.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is desirable, though the role is accessible to those with up to one year of experience in a corporate setting.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, and show an aptitude for mastering new technical software rapidly.
• Possess strong skills in critical thinking, organization, and time management, combined with a genuine interest in the medical field.
• Operate effectively both independently and within a group, with the adaptability to handle various time zone requirements.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards and submit your resume in English.

Responsibilities

• Find and enroll suitable candidates for market research studies using techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and internet-based research.
• Explain study criteria to prospective respondents, achieve set targets for call volume and recruitment success, and maintain high standards of communication quality.
• Encourage participants to join our panel, re-engage members whose accounts are dormant, and offer continuous assistance to research subjects during the onboarding process.
• Report on the viability of projects to leadership, handle inquiries or concerns, and coordinate with teams across the US and EU to ensure successful delivery while managing project profitability and participant satisfaction.
