About the Role

In this role as a Promotional Order Specialist, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of orders to ensure they are handled precisely and delivered to clients without issues. You will serve as the primary link between customers, sales staff, and manufacturing partners, emphasizing clear communication and high-quality order processing. Your efforts will foster trust by providing transparent and efficient service from the moment an order is placed until it arrives. This position suits someone who excels in dynamic settings and manages both operational precision and client engagement. You will function within a collaborative professional ecosystem, helping to drive client growth by logging order details and addressing challenges in partnership with internal colleagues and suppliers. Requirements

• You must possess a bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
• You need one to two years of professional background in customer service or the management of promotional orders.
• You should be proficient in using Google and Microsoft software applications.
• Experience with design platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is highly preferred.
• You must demonstrate exceptional English proficiency in both spoken and written forms.
• You need the availability to work during the graveyard shift (Philippine time) or standard US business hours.
• You must show strong organizational skills, effective problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset while adapting to varying client requirements.
• Background in inside sales, managing inbound/outbound calls, or utilizing CRM software will be viewed as a major benefit.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the entry and monitoring of orders throughout the production phase to guarantee they are delivered on time.
• You will regularly update clients, sales teams, and manufacturing partners regarding order status and adjustments to production timelines.
• You will engage with suppliers to troubleshoot and settle any production obstacles.
• You will obtain and verify production proof sign-offs and record these events within the organization's systems.
• You will keep precise logs of customer correspondence, transactions, and grievances.
• You will adhere to defined communication protocols, manage documentation across multiple systems, and handle various supplemental duties to assist in achieving team goals.
