- Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule, providing at least six hours of overlap between 8 AM and 6 PM US Pacific Time.
- Requirement to provide a five-minute Loom video presentation detailing your background with purchase order workflows to advance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the purchase order process, including the creation of approval packets for pricing and wire transfers, and update status logs.
- Submit requests for new vendor and item setups, and gather necessary paperwork from vendors, including compliance certifications, W-9s, and specifications for cartons.
- Perform thorough accuracy checks on purchase orders and confirm banking data with vendors before submitting wires.
- Collaborate with logistics personnel to monitor shipments from origin to final arrival.
- Reconcile payments against received items, identify inconsistencies, and prepare summaries regarding short shipments or damages for buyer evaluation.
- Keep financial records up to date and well-organized.
- Participate in a 30-day paid trial period where you will manage the end-to-end order process autonomously.
