About the Role
We are looking for a committed QA Performance Test Engineer for a 100% remote position. You will ensure the responsiveness, scalability, and stability of enterprise-grade mobile, web, and API software. Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of practical experience in performance and load testing.
- Show proficiency with testing platforms like JMeter or NeoLoad and demonstrate a deep understanding of load, performance, and stress testing methodologies.
- Experience testing API, mobile, and web applications with a strong base in HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SQL, and JSON.
- Scripting ability in Python, JavaScript, or Groovy is required.
- Experience using monitoring software such as Splunk, Grafana, Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace to match infrastructure metrics with test outcomes.
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Capacity to function as an independent professional in a completely remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and run end-to-end performance testing scripts across multiple platforms.
- Design and carry out performance, stress, and load testing while tracking system performance during tests.
- Evaluate error rates, throughput, and response times to locate performance issues and their underlying causes.
