- Verify the precision of all materials and quantities prior to submitting for authorization.
- Record finalized quotes into production job cards.
- Oversee stone procurement, which involves monitoring slabs, administering purchase orders, and organizing freight collections.
- Contact clients regarding unpaid deposits or incomplete details.
- Assist in refining and enhancing administrative and scheduling workflows.
